Our Journey with Malinois

Our love for this remarkable breed began in 2009, when our first Malinois puppy, Darkija, joined our home. She wasn’t just a dog—she was our first teacher, showing us how versatile, sensitive, and unfailingly loyal the “Spirit of the Forest” could be.

Darkija grew up alongside our eldest daughter, becoming her inseparable childhood companion. At home, Malinois temperament has been tested in countless situations—they’ve learned to coexist with children, cats, and even dwarf rabbits. This experience proved that with proper guidance and understanding, a Malinois can be a wonderful family member, calm at home yet spirited at work.
